1) Only lvl/phs get refunded.
2) To be refunded post your new name and account name - as well as your old account name and character name in a refund application. If you have a SS to prove that the account is yours that would be good. The refunds will be set off the old DB, from the day CG-RP closed.
Post it in the refund section.
This is the ONLY way to get refunded.
